United Gunworks is a manufacturing company built around one core principle: if it can be designed, we can build it.

Located in Peoria, Arizona, we operate out of a 60,000 square-foot facility built for modern American manufacturing. Our environment is designed to take a concept from idea to prototype to full-scale production without hesitation.

We run an integrated system built for speed, consistency, and control. By keeping our core processes in-house, we eliminate bottlenecks and maintain direct oversight of how our parts are made, handled, and delivered.

Our production floor is driven by high-performance equipment and automation. We operate multiple 5-axis Modig machining centers supported by robotic loading systems, along with Haas VF-2 and horizontal platforms for scalable output. Eurotech Swiss machines handle precision-turned components and all supporting hardware required to keep production moving efficiently.

Our capabilities include 5-axis CNC machining, Swiss turning, wire EDM, laser processing, and advanced manufacturing processes that allow us to move quickly while maintaining consistent results across every batch.

We produce a full range of barrel systems in-house, including island barrels, bull barrels, OEM Glock barrels, and ported configurations with integrated compensator designs. Every system is built with a focus on function and reliability.

Alongside our manufacturing capabilities, we build complete firearms.

Our pistol platforms are developed, machined, assembled, and tested within the same environment we operate every day. Each component is built with a focus on durability, function, and real-world performance.

We currently offer multiple double stack configurations built around a proven platform with a modern, performance driven approach. These are purpose built systems designed for consistent operation and straightforward maintenance.
