SHIPPING
All items purchased through the Website are made pursuant to a shipment contract. The risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon tender of the item to the carrier. Please see the terms and conditions for shipping and returns at the time you place your order, as some items are sold under special offers and may not be subject to return except if defective. Shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays in shipments.
